Covid-19 Active Response

As the world grapples with the global spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19), Herbalmax has levied immediate and appropriate safety measures, focusing foremost on the health and safety of our employees, their families, our customers, our immediate communities and any impact on our national and international delivery areas. 

From March 20, 2020, we have followed the Shelter In Place directive of the California Governor’s Office as it pertains to businesses and families, and have proactively implemented [under Chapter 7, the California Emergency Services Act] the imposed limitations of travel and have redirected employee attendance at meetings and conferences to online assemblies, while most of our employees currently work remotely, where possible. 

We are closely monitoring this evolving situation and will update our current action strategy in accordance with the law. We are keeping customer support lines open and work closely with delivery supports to keep normal business practices running as efficiently as possible. We will accommodate any future mandates that may arise all in the effort to minimize the spread of the virus and to be a responsible player in helping to flatten the curve.

To date, we have not experienced any sustained supply chain or other operational delays, other than international deliveries which have been temporarily suspended in accordance with international travel restrictions. We will continue to heed government experts, and follow the situation as it progresses and any update in our policy will be posted here. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
