Cold & Flu Formula

The Cold & Flu Formula is designed as a maximum strength herbal formula to help people with cold and flu symptoms. The formula is designed to help at any stage of a cold or flu. The herbs in the formula have no known side effects. Dr. Zhang uses this formula in combination with the Infection Formula for more severe symptoms of cold and flu. If you have a swollen throat, the best way to use is to open the capsules and put the powder in a cup. Add boiling water to the powder, stir, and make it into a tea. Then, drink it slowly. If you do not feel better in 2-3 days, see your physician.

Designed for:
Sore throat, fever, sneezing, runny nose, allergies, or cold symptoms associated with headaches, body aches and fatigue.

Directions for use:
Adults and children age 13 and older: 5 capsules 3 times a day between meals with water.
Children ages 10-12: 4 capsules 3 times a day between meals with water.
Children ages 7-9: 3 capsules 3 times a day between meals with water.
Children ages 4-6: 2 capsules 3 times a day between meals with water.*
Children ages 2-3: 1 capsule 3 times a day between meals with water.*
For severe cases, take every 5 hours, can be taken with the Infection Formula for rapid results.

*Children under age 6: open the capsules and pour the powder into a tablespoon. Mix the powder with warm water (add honey, if desired) and then have your child swallow.

Great Burdock Fruit, Japanese Honeysuckle Flower, Weeping Golden Bell, White Mulberry Tree Leaves.
